We have decided to post these Q's & A's so we can answer your questions, concerns, and thought that although we love to hear, are often asked many times over. So to prevent confusion and to serve you better, we have posted these FAQ in the hopes that your questions are answered faster and you have a good experience with both our online site and our store as well. |

When is your tearoom open and do I need a reservation? |

Our tearoom is open seven days a week now and is located inside our store at the Pantry. It is an informal tearoom meant for fun and friends, a true British tearoom. You can dress casually and enjoy the day with us quite nicely. You do not need reservations, however, if you are expecting to bring a large party, please call ahead so we can be prepared for you. |

Why are there no prices on the catalog listings? |
|
Thanks to some of the changes in the importation of expat goods into the U.S., the prices change very often. To ensure that we always give you the right price, we ask that you contact us with the item(s) of interest and we will get right back to you with the proper price and information. |

Shipping charge with the online store... |
|
We do not charge shipping on our website's online store and will not make a profit off of your shipping. We will charge you only what it costs to ship the item to your location at U.S.P.S. Priority Service rates. If you would like something shipped out the U.S. or another way (i.e. Overnight) then please email us right away and we'll take care of it. |

How can I get your newsletter and periodical catalog? |
|
We publish the newsletter seasonally and send out a new catalog to our customers every so often when the prices change and selection needs updating. If you would like to join our catalog mailing, please email us your name, address and anything else you might like to know. The latest newsletter can be downloaded here. |
